TEAM DEPOT
Giving back is a core value at The Home Depot and a passion for our associates. Through The Home Depot Foundation and its ongoing partnerships with nonprofit organizations, The Home Depot donates countless hours, tools and supplies each year to community service projects.
The Home Depot provides opportunities for associates, suppliers and community members to contribute their time, talent and resources while creating meaningful impact through Team Depot, our associate-led volunteer program. On any given day, you’re likely to find associates rolling up their sleeves to work on community projects across the country. Our associates are very passionate about using their skills to improve their communities…whether it’s building playgrounds or homes, planting trees or restoring parks, and assisting in rebuilding efforts after a disaster.
Every Home Depot retail store in the U.S., Canada and Mexico has a Team Depot program and Team Depot volunteers. Projects are led by Team Depot Captains, who also serve as our ambassadors to the community.
Team Depot is recognized nationally as having developed and implemented best practices for corporate volunteer programming. When The Home Depot associate-volunteers offer their expertise and service to nonprofit organizations, The Home Depot Foundation provides Team Depot Dollars to nonprofits of their choice to recognize and reward their service.
For more information about Team Depot in your neighborhood and how they can support your nonprofit organization, please contact your local Home Depot store manager or Team Depot Captain.
